I realized that balmora had a pretty bad grass problem so i looked at the original morrowind way and made skyrims similar.

There is no grass in Morrowind, only an optional plugin for MGE. I'd say that grass inside the city right on the street at the house entrances is very questionable.
oooh nice. I'm ok with a little patch of grass here and there in the streets but frequented streets should not have so much grass indeed.

To all that like to contribute to the project just like JDT001 did.
You really need to claim the part you’re planning to work on before you start fixing stuff. Everyone around here can fix small things and release quick fixes for it. Without a claim or proven skills that your work is reliable without breaking something else could mean you did it all for nothing, or someone else did all his work for nothing. We simply can’t have multiple contributing members doing the same work.
