Across Vardenfell, I discovered random floating cups around the world. I found atleast 1 cup in every segment of the Ghost Fence, and the rope bridge leading to the heart of Lorkan in Dagoth Ur's Citadel is surrounded by them. They can be picked up like any normal cups, but float on their side.
