i wish i could help but since my labtop crashed i cant play oblivion so i cant put the addon to have morrowindoblivion on i did try the morrowind online tho

Solution
Common problem, simple solution:
1.) download/install Oblivion Mod Manager here: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2097
2.) In Oblivion Mod Manager, place "Morrowind_ob.esm" at the top of the plugin list, preceding every other .esm
3.) Start Oblivion with Morroblivion the way you normally would.
