I've finished the questlines for Morrowind and it's expansions, now I've gone back to Cyrodiil and want to start doing the main questline. How do I make the Tutorial Quest of Oblivion start up?

Starting Oblivion Tutorial after Morrowind
I assume you're using the Chargen and Transport mod that adds the two Khajiit that let you travel between Morrowind and Cyrodiil? To start the Oblivion main quest, find a dead adventurer near the southern Imperial City sewer exit. It's the one you first exit when you play the normal game, near Vilverin.
So am I unable to do the part with the Emperor if I started in Morrowind? If so, that's really disappointing.
To start from imperial prison:
From your oblivion folder, look for file named Morroblivion.ini and open it in a text editor and then search for a string "set mwMainMenu.AltStart to 1" and replace the 1 with 0, save the file and start a new game
I think what he wants to do is play through the tutorial dungeon of oblivion with his existinf Morroblivion character, for story purposes.
Actually this is fully possible.
Use the following commands:
1. "COC ImperialDungeon01" (Teleports you to the prison cell at the start of Oblivion)
2. "Setstage MQ01 05" - Starts the oblivion tutorial quest.
3. "Setstage MQ01 10"
4. Then walk towards Valen Dreth as you would during a normal startup
Doesnt Morroblivion break the MQ tuttutoritutorial by completing it?

This does not appear to work as Valen is missing. If I moveto player him he does not activate the tutorial.
Going through vanilla tutorial after creating a character in Morroblivion was never supported. That's why there is an alternative way to start Oblivion main quest.
