I like how the Better Music System mod has different playlists per region type so I extended the system for use in Morroblivion.
Provides support for all region types on Vvardenfell and Solstheim, as well as Thirsk, Brodir Grove and Skaal Village. Mournhold support may come later.

Added to the list of compatibility patches.
How do I get it to work? It doesn't seem to do anything. It's stuck with my regular explore folder and picking custom region in the power of music spell crashes the game. Can someone help me out here?
Strange, it did work when I actually used Better Music System. Enhanced Music and Control is needed for BMS to work.
It is also obsolete with Enhanced Music System being more intuitive.
I might have some kind of version difference. Can you link me to EMS?
Do I need to wait for this to finish before BMS will work properly?
I still can't get it working, I can't figure out what's wrong.
Would it have anything to do with the fact the oblivion launcher doesn't recognize it as a valid file? (I can't get wrye bash to stop opening Oblivion's default launcher)

Can't really provide any more support, sorry. I only use Dynamic Music System now. But it did work with BMS before.
