I am working on a project myself. In order for it to be exactly right I need the exact landscape data from the oblivion cell ICMarketDistrict
This project is for MORROWIND not oblivion
Since Morroblivion took all the morrowind landscape data into oblivion I know its possible. But then how can I take oblivion landscape data and bring it into morrowind?
Edit: I tried TESTroi and it comes out as a flat landscape with a bunch of error marks where the objects would be.Maybe I am doing the command line thing wrong. For some reason it works fine when I convert the tamriel worldspace...
I do... testroi ICMarketDistrict Oblivion.esm -T 4 -n
