Perhaps a small group or just whomever wishes to join could remake Battlespire. It could be made in the Unreal Development Kit, Unity, or perhaps Id Tech 4 or 3. Battlespire is fairly small compared to the other Elder Scrolls with only 16 enemies only a few spells & some relatively simple combat & gameplay also it'd be nice to get rid of the annoying on-screen notifications that tell you what you "rolled" because Morrowind never did that it was there but you never saw it. It sounds interesting to me and I like this project over things like a remake of Daggerfall or Arena because those are both huge games and it seems more doable a little free project were everyone can contribute.

An Elder Scrolls Legend: Battlespire/The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redgaurd Remake

I forgot to mention that the Multiplayer from Battllespire could also be put in
Well The Oblivion one was just Oblivion except really toned down for the phone it only had 4 optional quests and 10 levels. As for the story it's basically the same general plot as Oblivion
The first was Stormhold. It had 36 dungeons and 7 classes "Misfortune has landed you in Stormhold prison, run by a reputed lunatic Quintus Varus. You must find the few who can help you, and overcome the challenges of Stormhold until you are strong enough to defeat the evil warden. The overseers will put you to work, and it is clear you are not expected to survive long. Prisoners whisper of overseers and other prisoners gone mad who now try to kill workers clearing the Stormhold ruins. You now have a weapon smuggled to you by friends, and ruins to clear."
- Stormhold introductory text
Dawnstar (the second) has basically the same specs (36 dungeons and 7 classes) with a different story and setting"Your assignment in the exile post of Dawnstar begins poorly, as glacier tribes are raiding this far northern town. Governor Vinticae informs you that he needs you to find his four champions (Alhavara, Beatrice, Chung, and Delacroix), one of whom is probably a traitor in league with the tribes. You must survive the rigors of Dawnstar, choose friends carefully, gain enough power to defeat enemies, and restore your good name."

Shadowkey though seems on the same or a slightly lower scale as Battlespire with a decent bunch of quests, multiplayer, and a pretty large map. It looks pretty fun but I never played any of the phone games "War comes to Hammerfell, danger and ambition consuming three kingdoms. But some dangers arrive not upon studded boot, but move in stealth among the shadows. For a war of magics roils in the shadows, mixing with, and as dangerous as the war fought with steel. But unknown to kings and High Mages, the flames of war will forge a hero. It is this hero's destiny to alter theirs, and change the world of... Shadowkey."

Splendid idea! I wish you best luck in restoring those old rarities.
the first three look interesting and fairly simple and I'd probably play them if they got ported to the pc. If this project does happen these games could be put out as a sort of expansion to the battlespire remake using the same mechanics and some copy and past textures for the maps and using some of the same servers for the co-op play
Thanks by the way
by the way before I begin this I'd like to know, what engine should I use?
I already mentioned my preferred engines UDK, Unity, and Id Tech 4
