I'm a hobbyist lighting artist of ~3.5 years, just working on stuff for fun in my spare time in HPL2/3 and Skyrim. I'm really interested in the Skyblivion project, and I was hoping I could help out with weathers and lighting, as those are my main areas of expertise.
I'm currently a student, so I can't dedicate myself full-time, but I would love to work on this in my spare time.
The attached image is a screenshot of some of my work on a Skyrim weather mod (which I never released). I do both interior and exterior lighting, though.
