seyda neen texture problems

im getting a weird texture at seyda neen is that supposed to happen or is there something wrong with my textures

This is a known, and as far as I know, unfixed, problem.

It's not going to be fixed, because the meshes those buildings use are going to be replaced entirely eventually.
