I'm an AVID Morrowind fan, and I remember booting up Oblivion for the first time and being heart-broken that there was no "Jump" enchantment possible nor any Levitation spell whatsoever. The Scrolls of Icarian Flight were SO AWESOME!!! I would love to see the Jump/Levitate spells/enchantments return, super please.

So how is this an issue or a bug? What makes you think Skywind doesn't already have a super jump spell or a Levitation spell?
